Organizations like Moms Rising are pushing for equal pay for equal work, paid maternity leave, and flexible work hours. And many mothers are looking for job opportunities to work from home, such as telecommuting. But a third option is to start your own business at home. Women owned home-based businesses have been the fastest growing segment of small business starts. And they have a higher success rate than other start-ups after 3 years.
